Shallow bowl or platter made with silver birch burl, keeping the bark for great contrast. Don't ask me why but it reminds me of an omelette! IΒ think it is the golden color with all the swirls of the wood; or it may be that I was very hungry the day I made it. Not suitable for eating. In any case, it looks great on a table as a center piece.
